IV Coaching for IV insured persons
Since its foundation in 2009, the practice for solution impulses AG has been supporting IV insured persons throughout German-speaking Switzerland in the context of integration as a coach/job coach.
The PLI employees are all coaches/job coaches, case managers, company mentors
Very well trained and also familiar with the Swiss social insurance system. You know the various IV offers and move professionally in the context between client/employer – provider of a training place.
The PLI works according to a solution- and resource-oriented systemic approach, where appropriate also using depth psychology.
The desired goals can be
- the strengthening/stabilization of the insured
- coming to terms with the past
- Dealing with losses such as job loss
- Dealing with physical or psychological complaints
- Orientation towards a positive future such as job retention and support for returning to work
