CULTURAL ASPECTS WEIGHT

People with a non-German cultural and linguistic background often feel that they are not understood in a counseling situation with a German-speaking coach and can therefore not adjust to the coaching. The results are therefore often not satisfactory, or the consultation is even broken off.

It is therefore an advantage if the coach knows the overall cultural situation in the country of origin and can take the client’s socio-cultural environment into account.

We offer our coaching services in the following foreign languages:
